Day Pass Policy
A day pass costs £7 and provides access to the gym for one day only.
Classes are not included in the day pass and are available at an additional cost of £7 per class.
Alongside our fitness gym, we have a fully equipped boxing area. This will be open for members to use outside of class times/when not in use by other boxing clubs. We ask that all gloves, pads, etc. are left how you found them. Please respect all equipment.
Day passes are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased. Access is valid only on the date of purchase and is subject to the gym’s opening hours and any applicable booking requirements.
By purchasing a day pass, you agree to follow all gym rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from staff.

CG Boxing Strength & Fitness Gym Monthly with Classes
£35 a month includes the following:
- Access to a fully, high-quality, equipped gym
- 1 class a week to choose from, classes are the following:
- Monday and Wednesday Power Hour 19:15-20:15
- Thursday Women's Boxfit Class 19:00-20:00
- More classes to be added very soon!

Membership Cancellation Policy
Our gym membership costs £35 per month and includes one class per week.
Memberships may be cancelled by providing 30 days’ written notice. The membership will remain active, and monthly payments will continue, during the notice period. Any classes included within the membership can continue to be used during this time.
Once the 30-day notice period has ended, the membership will be cancelled and no further payments will be taken.
If a payment has already been processed before the cancellation takes effect, that payment is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to update this policy from time to time, with reasonable notice provided to members.
